  finally, My willow terrace contract was finished. I have had really bad experience with this place. The manager was extra rude and impatience for all international students. They did not explain all the contract before I sign the contract paper, therefor in the last month when I check my monthly rental list that I really confused about the water fees and cable fees. I signed the contract with them in March, 2017-March,2018 and each month I need pay 680$ actually. but when I pay the rental bill that become to 705$ each month(not included water fees). During that time I did not find out until the last month I was ask them for whole year bill list, then I find out all my bill is 705$ each moth. After I try to ask my money back but they let me get out of their office and they wont give my money back. I really sad and I told all the truth to international office, after that international office had call them and understand whats going on, so the Willow terrace manager said that they will give me money back. That is my worst experience in my life.
